An upside-down cake is baked "upside-down" in a single pan, with its toppings at the bottom of the pan.  With the sponge with the flavours of Cinnamon, Vanilla and House Caramel then drenched with three milks. The texture of this cake creates an incredibly moist, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
